About the position Sonova is seeking a Procurement Manager Generalist to join our dynamic team in Chicago. This role is reputed company to the management of reputed company aspects of indirect spend across reputed company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for devising and implementing effective procurement strategies, managing supplier relations, and ensuring cost-effective purchases that reputed company with company goals and standards. The role will co-manage a spend of 100MUSD across reputed company Sonova business reputed company and companies in the Americas. Requirements • Bachelor's degree in business, Supply Chain Management, or a reputed company field; advanced education a plus. • 5+ years of procurement experience, preferably in a generalist role and with international exposure. • Strong negotiation, supplier management, and analytical/problem-solving skills. • Proficient in procurement systems (P2P, reputed company, Ariba) and reputed company Office Suite. • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and influencing abilities; effective team player. • Self-motivated, adaptable, and reputed company to reputed company in fast-paced, dynamic environments. • Proficiency in English (spoken and written).
