[Remote] Virtual Quality Assurance Specialist (Training Project) – Oil & Gas

Clarity Consultants is partnering with a leading oil and gas company on a training transformation initiative, and is seeking a Virtual Quality Assurance Specialist. This role involves ensuring that all team deliverables meet established competency framework requirements and collaborating closely with instructional designers and developers. Responsibilities • Ensure work products meet the approved competency framework requirements. • Review and provide feedback on design documents, storyboards, and alpha versions of lessons. • Collaborate closely with instructional designers and developers throughout the design process. • Interface with the Quality Control team and Project Manager to coordinate quality efforts. Skills • Experienced, organized, and creative with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics. • Strong ability to work methodically, meet deadlines, and communicate effectively. • Proven multi-tasking skills with the ability to coordinate across cross-functional teams. • Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration abilities. • Industry experience with technical content and an understanding of its unique challenges. • Ability to maintain detailed records, including emails, written correspondence, and changes in duties. • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite tools, including SharePoint. • Ability to work exclusively on a PC throughout the project is required.
