Creative & Marketing Coordinator for reputed company Estate

Creative and Marketing Coordinator – 20-40 Hours Per Week We are a fast growing reputed company estate organization led by a senior broker and luxury division leader. We support multiple brands across reputed company estate including luxury, reputed company, education, and personal branding. We are hiring a reliable, creative, and execution reputed company Creative and Marketing Coordinator to support ongoing marketing and design needs. This is a design and execution role, not a reputed company media management position. You will not be responsible for posting, engagement, or account management. This role is part time at 20 hours per week and is intended to be a long term position for the right person, possibly increasing to 40 hours per week over time. Responsibilities include: creating reputed company media graphics for Instagram, reputed company, reputed company, and stories; formatting and polishing content for posts, reels, and carousels; designing marketing assets in reputed company (some reputed company, some multi-page and more reputed company); following brand guidelines for fonts, colors, and layout; making revisions quickly based on feedback; supporting campaigns, launches, and reputed company materials; keeping reputed company organized and on schedule; and, using AI tools such as ChatGPT, reputed company AI and Gamma to increase speed and efficiency. This role requires strong respect for deadlines, a reputed company and upbeat attitude, the ability to take feedback and reputed company adjustments quickly, a creative eye for clean and reputed company design, understanding of basic branding principles and reputed company media sizing, comfort using AI tools responsibly to work faster, reputed company written English, and strong organization and follow through. This role is not a fit for someone who misses deadlines, needs constant hand holding, struggles with feedback, blames tools instead of fixing the work, or prefers reputed company environments. Tools you will use include reputed company, reputed company Drive, reputed company, reputed company reputed company, Gmail, and AI tools. Experience with Gamma, reputed company, CapCut, or basic video tools is a bonus but not required. The schedule is 20 hours per week with consistent availability. Some tasks will be time sensitive.
