Qualifications and Experience (Let's Talk About You) • Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in a relevant scientific discipline (e.g., Biology, Life Sciences, Environmental Science, etc.). • Strong knowledge of the Ontario high school biology curriculum and effective teaching methods is essential. • Proficiency in senior-level biology content (Grades 11 & 12) is considered a significant asset. • Proven ability to develop and organize comprehensive, high-quality lesson materials. • Commanding expertise and authoritative knowledge across various levels of the subject matter. • Exemplary communication and interpersonal skills, demonstrating the mastery of conveying complex biological concepts with exceptional clarity. • Ability to forge a profound and supportive connection with students, fostering an environment of unparalleled inspiration and motivation. • Patience, empathy, and the extraordinary capability to adapt instructional strategies to meet the diverse needs of all students. • Masterful organizational and time management abilities. • Flexibility to accommodate students' schedules, including necessary availability during weekdays, evenings, and weekends.
