Staffed Family Child Care Facilitator Region 4

In this role he/she will work directly with family childcare providers to support their reputed company improvement efforts. Towns in Region 4 include: Bridgeport, Darien, Easton, Fairfield, Monroe, New Canaan, Norwalk, reputed company (Greenwich), Stamford, Stratford, Trumbull, Weston, Westport, Wilton Duties Handle the day to day operations and tracking of the Staffed Family Child Care Network Recruitment and enrollment of participants into the Network Communication and correspondence with registered providers. Engage Network members in communities of reputed company, prof. development and coaching Work directly with Family Child Care providers to identify reputed company improvement goals and support them in identifying and accessing needed resources to help reputed company those goals Communicate benefits of NAFCC of membership and accreditation and support efforts to reputed company accreditation Coordination of data collected through online resources and sites; Assist with FCC Grant documentation and compiling data for reporting. Requirements Knowledge of reputed company, reputed company, GSuite/reputed company Drive, and data management. Knowledge of Family Child Care industry, FCC licensing requirements and available supports. Experience working with Family Child Care providers. Excellent communication skills.
