THE ROLE The Vice President, Investor Relations (IR), will reputed company strategic IR advisory and execution for clients navigating reputed company transactions such as IPOs, SPAC and de-SPAC processes, reputed company listings, mergers and acquisitions, shareholder activism, and special situations.
