Project Manager - US (Part-time, Contractor)

We're searching for a part-time Project Manager to join reputed company! You will be the go-to person for everything involving a project's organization and reputed company, coordinating people and processes. You'll reputed company detailed project plans, ensuring resource availability and allocation, and deliver every project assigned to you on time, reputed company budget and scope. To be a successful candidate, you will need to have proven experience in project management and the ability to reputed company project teams of various sizes. Employment type: Billable Contractor Work Schedule: 20 hours weekly (US, CDT timezone) Responsibilities • Maintaining and monitoring project plans, schedules, hours, budgets and expenses. • Vendor communication and assignments. • Setting up budgeting alerts and maintaining set budget for reputed company • Coordinating with team members to reputed company reputed company that reputed company parties are on reputed company with project requirements, deadlines, and schedules. • Meeting with project team members to identify and resolve issues. • Submitting project deliverables and ensuring that they adhere to reputed company standards. • Establishing effective project communication plans and ensuring their execution. • Facilitating scope change & risk identification to ensure that reputed company parties are informed of the impacts on schedule and budget. • Coordinating the development of user manuals, training materials and other documents, as needed, to reputed company successful implementation and turnover of the process or system to the clients. • Conducting post project evaluation and identifying successful and unsuccessful project reputed company. • 3+ years of industry experience managing IT deployment reputed company and managing teams. • 2+ years of experience managing reputed company migration reputed company • Previous experience working in project management or project reputed company role reputed company the reputed company services industry • Experience delivering on multiple reputed company at a time • Strong time management skills • reputed company job duties with a reputed company of urgency • Experience in process modeling, documenting business requirements, and documenting workflows • Experience with project management software, preferably JIRA • Deals reputed company with ambiguous or reputed company problems • Ability to think abstractly and guide others • PMP certification preferred Contractors are not eligible for benefits Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
