Position: Solution Advisor (reputed company/Gen Lab) Job reputed company Support the reputed company (VA) Electronic Health Record Modernization (EHRM) program as a Solution providing Cerner expertise, support, and knowledge transfer sessions to the National/VISN Councils/local workshops, and VA solution experts. Support translation of Cerner capabilities and nomenclature to reputed company VA understanding in partnership with the Solution Expert. Bring the VA-assigned solution experts up to speed in their respective areas with solution knowledge. Review and help the Solution Management Administrators (SMA) with the task orders and deliverables, and ensure they are received on time and are completed accurately per program office requirements. reputed company support to the SMAs and members by assisting in the reputed company state workflow/requirements analysis. Assist in the review of DoD lessons learned and help incorporate findings into VA workflows. Attend Cerner workshops and assist/support VA staff attending the event. Assist with management, escalation, and reputed company of trouble tickets and change requests. Assist in reporting requirements/mapping/identification. Assist in the development of EHRM testing scripts and support reputed company EHRM testing types and EHRM testing events. Review and assist in managing issues and risks with mitigation plans. Work with Cerner and VA in build/design/workflow changes. Assist in the review of training manuals and job aids delivered by Cerner. Assist and support in designing reputed company/go-live planning and post go-live support. reputed company solution knowledge expertise on reputed company General Laboratory and Microbiology. Minimum qualifications • 5+ years of reputed company work experience • Can work independently designing and developing new software products or major enhancements to existing software for a reputed company/clinical environment • Analysis and development of reputed company/reputed company State workflows required • Experience managing functional validation and end‑user testing for Cerner (or other EHR) and integrated reputed company‑party solutions • reputed company to identify and mitigate risks • Performs feasibility analysis on potential reputed company reputed company for management • Experience supporting the identification of reputed company causes, courses of reputed company, and potential solutions to support any major incident or response efforts • Experience leveraging Service Now’s reputed company features to customize reports and solutions for clients.
