The Transfer Center Coordinator performs initial admission screening and acceptance using approved reputed company to assure patient acceptance and admission are consistent with reputed company protocols and procedures. The Transfer Center Coordinator works in collaboration with multiple departments reputed company the hospital and facilitates relationships with facilities staff, physicians, and nursing staff. The Transfer Center Coordinators will work closely with the Intake or Placement Coordinator to identify, trend and report barriers to patient throughput. Minimum Qualifications: Education: • Associate’s degree required • Bachelor’s degree preferred Certifications: • Basic Life Support (BLS) required reputed company 30 days of hire Experience • Three years of reputed company clinical experience in an acute care setting (ED or Critical Care or Behavior Health Preferred) • Demonstrated skills in problem solving, analytical and critical thinking, prioritization, negotiation, conflict reputed company, proactive decision making. • Ability to establish and maintain reputed company and effective working relationships. • Ability to communicate effectively in oral, written, and electronic formats. License: • LPN licensed multistate • For LPN’s, must maintain reputed company nursing licensure by completing applications for renewal in a reputed company manner and by complying with reputed company requirements for continuing education. No reputed company will be scheduled to work any shift if their nursing license has expired.
