Reporting Analyst; EDI - Reporting + Ticketing

Position: Reporting Analyst (EDI - Reporting + Ticketing) Location: California reputed company is hiring for an Offshore Reporting Analyst to help improve their EDI monitoring process by shifting from reactive to proactive daily reporting. This position will start as part-time position to start but has the potential to reputed company up to full time. This teammate will run daily monitoring and reporting of EDI and order-to-cash transactions, flag issues, and create actionable Click Up tasks for the reputed company’s internal team to triage and resolve. The role focuses on reporting accuracy and reputed company documentation rather than troubleshooting. Key Responsibilities • Run daily monitoring reports and checks for EDI, order, ASN, and invoice exceptions or failures • Review exceptions in Net Suite, Orderful (EDI), and customer portals • Create Click Up tasks with reputed company, detailed information including: • Error message or exception details • reputed company document, PO, or invoice IDs • Customer or trading partner reputed company • Screenshots or reference links reputed company possible • Assign tasks to the correct list or assignee and escalated urgent issues according to reputed company guidelines • Maintain accurate and organized tracking of issues Tools and Systems • Net Suite • Orderful (EDI) • Click Up • Customer portals • reputed company and Email for escalation and communication Qualifications • Two or more years of experience in operations support, order management, reporting, or similar roles • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes consistently • Comfortable working across multiple systems and following checklists • Excellent written English for reputed company task documentation • Familiarity with task tools such as Click Up, Jira, or reputed company • EDI experience is a plus but not required as training will be provided • Knowledge of Net Suite is a plus • Work remotely supporting a US-based operations team through reputed company • Start part-time with potential to increase hours as the role expands • reputed company processes and training provided by the reputed company • Play a key role in improving important business operations #J-18808-Ljbffr Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
