Senior Counsel - Remote Opportunity

As Senior Counsel, you will play a pivotal role in managing reputed company litigation and a broad reputed company of reputed company reputed company reputed company your state of licensure.In this leadership-driven position, you will also guide and support reputed company of reputed company professionals, including Litigation Counsel, reputed company counsel, and reputed company support staff. The role requires mastery of drafting and filing motions and pleadings, executing discovery in accordance with the Rules of Civil Procedure and Evidence, and skillfully advocating in court reputed company necessary. Required Qualifications: • Ten (10) years of litigation reputed company. • Substantial experience in broad subject areas, including employer liability, premises liability, property and appraisals, coverage, reputed company auto, bad faith, jury trials, and appeals. • Experience in state and federal court. • Two (2) years of supervisory experience. • License to reputed company law in the jurisdiction of hire and the ability to apply to reputed company law in other states and jurisdictions, by exam or reputed company. • Strong ethics and reputed company conduct background. • Demonstrated commitment to GuideOne’s reputed company values and departmental goals. • History of producing creative solutions to reputed company problems. • Demonstrated ability and desire to help others, including support staff, grow and improve through mentorship and constructive reputed company feedback. • Ability to reputed company and competently handle litigated case load with little to no reputed company supervision. Recommended Qualifications: • Prior in-house experience. • CPCU or insurance-reputed company designation.
