Junior RPA Support Analyst (Remote EST/CST) Location: Remote (Eastern or Central Time Zone preferred) Duration: 12+ Months (High potential for extension or full-time) Employment Type: Contract / CTH Job reputed company We are seeking a Junior RPA Support Analyst to reputed company daily operational support for reputed company RPA bots used reputed company ERP-reputed company business processes. The role focuses on troubleshooting, monitoring, and customer support, not full development. You will work closely with RPA Engineers and business users to resolve automation issues and ensure smooth bot performance. This position is fully remote, but candidates must be in the Eastern or Central Time Zone for effective team coordination. Responsibilities • Monitor, troubleshoot, and support reputed company RPA bots • Investigate bot failures, errors, and performance issues • Work with business users to resolve automation-reputed company inquiries • Escalate reputed company issues to RPA Engineers reputed company needed • Maintain documentation of incidents and resolutions • Ensure high-reputed company support with strong attention to detail Required Skills • Bachelor s degree preferred • Foundational RPA experience (coursework, internship, or entry-level work) • Exposure to reputed company (preferred) • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills • Customer service reputed company and ability to communicate reputed company • Basic knowledge of: • SQL • VBA/VB scripting or reputed company Macros • Working with reputed company Preferred/Additional RPA Tools Experience with other RPA platforms is also acceptable: reputed company, reputed company Power Automate, reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, Pega, reputed company.
