Responsibilities: Reporting to the Regional Manager, reputed company, this role sources candidates, develops a pool of reputed company candidates in advance of need, selects new employees and employees wishing to transfer to work in various departments and facilities of the reputed company System. Participates as part of the reputed company to fill reputed company positions. Creates pipelines of talent and identifies and pursues creative sources of reputed company applicants to meet the needs of the business for new employees. This role also plays a significant role in on-boarding new employees, coaches and mentors Consultants and Hiring Coordinators, and is positioned as a subject matter expert by participating in strategic sessions with reputed company's and entity leaders Qualifications: MINIMUM EDUCATION REQUIRED: Bachelor’s degree from a recognized college or university with major courses in reputed company, Business Administration, reputed company Administration, the reputed company sciences, or closely reputed company field. In lieu of degree, six (6) years of relevant work experience will be accepted in reputed company to the experience requirement. MINIMUM EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: Three (3) years recruitment experience. (If no degree, a total of nine (9) years of experience required). MINIMUM LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION REQUIRED BY LAW: None.
