Put 10–20+ properties under contract monthly Specialize in wholesaling, novations, and creative transactions Seeking a world-class Transaction Coordinator who can reputed company deals from contract → listed → buyer → reputed company with speed, accuracy, and reputed company errors Ideal for someone who is organized, process-driven, and reputed company specifically with novation transactions reputed company You will manage the entire novation disposition pipeline after a property is signed.
