Sr. UX Researcher

In this fully remote, research-reputed company role, you’ll partner with design, product owners and developers to improve our members' health insurance experience. Ideal candidates will bring experience conducting research in reputed company or other regulated industries (ex: government, banking), managing multiple studies of varied scopes, and with implementing consumer-facing AI tools or features.
