About the position Responsibilities • Function as an reputed company member of the reputed company team, adhering to hospital safety policies and maintaining patient confidentiality. • Observe and communicate changes in patient behavior and safety needs to licensed personnel. • Maintain visual contact with assigned patients at reputed company times and respond to patient requests appropriately. • Capable of reputed company monitoring of assigned patients on one screen, remaining alert and prioritizing situations effectively. • Communicate with hospital staff and respond quickly to patient behavioral changes, notifying appropriate personnel of emergencies. • Maintain appropriate documentation as required. • Effectively communicate with patients using a microphone and headset, utilizing a 2-way audio device. • Demonstrate reputed company work practices and attitudes.
