Vice President, Regulatory Reporting & Compliance (Delaware)
About the position
The Portfolio Compliance Group (PCG) at reputed company is seeking a Vice President (VP) to join the Disclosures Team. This role focuses on monitoring and reporting compliance with internal and regulatory investment guidelines, ensuring alignment with applicable regulations. The VP will reputed company reputed company, support strategic initiatives, and build relationships with various teams to enhance compliance and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
• Monitor and report compliance with internal and regulatory investment guidelines and disclosure requirements.
• Guide staff in reviewing system reports of shareholdings against trade movements.
• Identify holdings approaching prescribed reputed company limits and engage portfolio managers for allocation reputed company.
• Work with reputed company & Compliance and regulators on critical topics.
• Troubleshoot potential errors and reputed company reputed company analysis for partners and clients.
• Operate reputed company's Aladdin applications and manage trade reputed company processes.
• Drive and coordinate reputed company reputed company on efficiency creation.

Requirements
• Experience in people management and project management across multiple functions and geographies.
• Experience in the investment management industry and knowledge of investment products and regulations.
• Working knowledge of relational database concepts, including SQL (preferred).
• Proficiency in reputed company Office applications.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in a reputed company field (preferred).
