**Experienced Customer Service Representative – Luxury Fashion E-commerce**

**The Role**
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and online chat. You'll guide customers through the ordering process, resolve post-order issues, and utilize software tools to address client concerns. You'll also work with outside shipping contractors to resolve international concerns. If you're a team player with excellent communication skills and a passion for customer happiness, we'd love to have you on board.
**Compensation and Benefits**
We offer a competitive salary of $19.00 per hour, with the potential to earn up to $53,600 per year in our highest geographic market. Our compensation package reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. In addition to a full range of medical, financial, and other benefits, you may also be eligible for equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation.
**Responsibilities**
* Respond to presale inquiries via phone, email, and online chat regarding fit, fashion trends/styles, product availability, and specials
* Guide customers through the ordering process online
* Address and resolve post-order inquiries regarding delivery, billing, and shipping
* Utilize software tools to address client inquiries
* Work with outside shipping contractors to resolve international concerns
**Requirements**
* High school graduation or its equivalent
* Two or more years of experience in the retail, service, or customer service industries
* Proficient in basic math with the ability to compute refunds before and after discounts, and apply specified percentages, tiered promotional codes, and partial discounts to orders
* Exceptional communication skills, including the capacity to clearly and concisely communicate in writing and speech as well as to listen to and interpret customer needs
* Excellent organizational, time-management, and prioritization abilities
* Flexibility with a full-time schedule, including shift assignments on weekends and evenings
* A keen eye for detail and a high level of accuracy
* Experience working under pressure in a high-volume environment while upholding standards for productivity, quality, and service
* Working knowledge of MS Office Suite and Internet Explorer
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Fluency in one of the following languages: English, Spanish, Japanese, Korean, or Russian
