**Key Responsibilities**
* Perform mechanical services and light remanufacturing on soft drink fountain equipment according to arenaflex's standards
* Investigate and diagnose issues with pop fountain equipment
* Maintain all refrigeration equipment in proper working condition
* Move equipment to perform all mechanical services on fountain hardware, including preventative maintenance, software updates, and cosmetic repairs
* Provide exceptional customer service, remaining positive and cooperative while resolving issues and addressing client concerns
* Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless support and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
**Essential Qualifications**
* High school diploma or equivalent degree/certificate
* Valid driver's license
* Technical aptitude and willingness to learn and troubleshoot equipment issues
* Ability to lift 50 pounds
* Flexibility to work on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays as needed
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., mechanical engineering, technical sales)
