This role requires a unique blend of technical expertise, customer service skills, and problem-solving abilities. If you're a motivated and detail-oriented individual who enjoys working with machines and people, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity. **Key Responsibilities** * Perform mechanical services and light remanufacturing on soft drink fountain equipment according to arenaflex's standards * Investigate and diagnose issues with pop fountain equipment * Maintain all refrigeration equipment in proper working condition * Move equipment to perform all mechanical services on fountain hardware, including preventative maintenance, software updates, and cosmetic repairs * Provide exceptional customer service, remaining positive and cooperative while resolving issues and addressing client concerns * Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless support and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction **Essential Qualifications** * High school diploma or equivalent degree/certificate * Valid driver's license * Technical aptitude and willingness to learn and troubleshoot equipment issues * Ability to lift 50 pounds * Flexibility to work on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays as needed **Preferred Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., mechanical engineering, technical sales) * Previous experience in a customer support or technical services role * Familiarity with soft drink fountain equipment and refrigeration systems * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills **Skills and Competencies** * Technical expertise: ability to diagnose and troubleshoot equipment issues, perform mechanical services, and maintain refrigeration equipment * Customer service skills: ability to provide exceptional support, remain positive and cooperative, and address client concerns * Problem-solving skills: ability to analyze issues, identify solutions, and implement effective repairs * Communication skills: ability to effectively communicate with clients, team members, and other stakeholders * Adaptability: ability to work in a fast-paced environment, adapt to changing priorities, and maintain a high level of productivity **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their skills.
