Social Media Content Creator (AI Animation + Short-Form Video)
Overview
We are seeking a creative and dynamic Social Media Content Creator specializing in AI animation and short-form video production. This role involves developing engaging multimedia content to enhance brand visibility across various social media platforms. The ideal candidate will possess strong skills in digital marketing, graphic design, and video editing, with a keen eye for branding and audience engagement. This role involves working with our mascot character, turning him into an AI-animated personality who interacts with real people.
Duties
• Produce high-quality short-form videos for social media (Reels, TikTok, Shorts).
• Use AI tools (Runway, HeyGen, Pika, Sora, etc.) to animate our Mr. Short Sale mascot and create interactive character moments.
• Collaborate with our team to record testimonial-style content and educational clips.
• Write engaging scripts that translate complex real estate concepts into simple, entertaining content.
• Ideate and execute new creative concepts that align with social media trends.
• Manage a consistent posting schedule and optimize across platforms.
• Track analytics and adjust creative strategy based on performance.
• Manage content calendars and schedule posts using tools like Hootsuite or Buffer to ensure consistent brand presence.
• Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices to optimize content discoverability.
• Design compelling graphics and visual assets using Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Analyze web analytics with Google Analytics and web analytics tools to measure content performance and refine marketing tactics.
• Collaborate with the marketing team on branding initiatives, public relations efforts, and social media campaigns including Facebook Advertising.
• Proofread all content for accuracy, clarity, and brand consistency before publishing.
• Engage with followers through relationship management techniques to foster community growth and loyalty.
Requirements
• Proven experience in social media management, content creation, graphic design, and video editing
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), Adobe Premiere or After Effects for video editing, and tools like Hootsuite or Buffer for scheduling posts
• Strong understanding of SEO strategies, social listening tools, Google Analytics, web analytics, and keyword research
• Knowledge of social media marketing best practices across platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube Shorts
• Ability to create engaging AI animations or lip-sync content using relevant software or platforms
• Excellent proofreading skills with attention to detail in branding consistency
• Experience with Facebook Advertising campaigns is a plus
• Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment
• Passion for digital marketing trends including e-commerce integration and relationship management techniques.
• Skilled in video editing software (CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, etc.).
• Creative thinker with a sense of humor and strong storytelling ability.
• Comfortable on camera (not required but preferred).
• Ability to simplify complex topics and create educational content that still feels fun.
• Passion for real estate or willingness to learn the basics of short sales.
