IMPORTANT – READ CAREFULLY
This is a serious, execution-focused role within the marketing function of a sophisticated, systems-driven legal organization.
This role is not compatible with casual freelancing, fragmented availability, or candidates looking for a purely creative or hands-off position. We are looking for someone who learns quickly, executes reliably, and takes responsibility for moving work forward.

About the Organization
Rose Law Firm is a modern, business-oriented U.S. law firm serving middle-market business owners, executives, and professional organizations. We handle complex litigation, transactional, and advisory matters and operate at the intersection of law, business strategy, and technology.
The firm is led by attorneys trained at top-tier U.S. law schools and supported by a 50+ person, globally distributed, highly professional team. We are fully remote, systems-driven, and operate with high expectations across every function—including marketing.
Marketing at the firm is a core operational function, not a branding exercise. It supports growth, credibility, and long-term strategic positioning across multiple practice areas and affiliated platforms.

Role Overview
The Marketing Coordinator supports the execution of the firm’s marketing initiatives across practice areas, campaigns, and growth efforts. This role is hands-on, varied, and central to keeping marketing operations moving.
You will learn the firm’s voice, style, positioning, and standards; support different practice areas within the firm; and take responsibility for executing assigned marketing initiatives end-to-end under the direction of the Marketing Operations Manager.
You will work closely with the Marketing Operations Manager, the firm’s COO, the firm’s owner, the dedicated graphic designer, and the sales function. You are expected to integrate fully into the team, manage details carefully, and operate with ownership rather than waiting for step-by-step direction.

Key Responsibilities
Marketing Execution & Campaign Support
•Execute and coordinate marketing campaigns across practice areas and initiatives.
• Take ownership of assigned marketing tasks and follow them through to completion.
• Maintain marketing calendars, task lists, and deliverables accurately.
Content & Asset Support
• Assist with marketing content development (editing, organizing, coordinating—not primary authorship unless assigned).
• Support blog operations, including managing drafts, coordinating reviews, scheduling, and publication workflows.
• Assist with website management, including content coordination and updates (direct edits only if confident and approved).
• Create and maintain tear sheets, one-pagers, and practice-area marketing materials.
RFPs & Sales Enablement
• Assist with preparing responses to RFPs, pitches, and proposals.
• Coordinate closely with the firm’s sales function to prepare materials supporting specific sales initiatives.
• Customize marketing and sales materials for targeted outreach and opportunities.
Coordination & Cross-Functional Support
• Work closely with the firm’s dedicated graphic designer to coordinate design needs and deliverables.
• Support the Marketing Operations Manager, COO, and firm owner with a wide range of marketing-related tasks.
• Coordinate across marketing, sales, and leadership to ensure alignment and follow-through.
AI & Tools
• Be comfortable using AI tools or strongly interested in learning and applying them to marketing workflows.
• Use AI to support drafting, summarization, research, ideation, and operational efficiency under firm guidance.
Scope & Flexibility
This role is intentionally broad. In addition to the responsibilities described above, the Marketing Coordinator may be asked to support a wide range of marketing- and sales-adjacent activities based on the evolving needs of the firm and its affiliated sister companies. This may include new initiatives, pilot projects, special campaigns, internal materials, or ad hoc support for leadership and sales efforts. The role is not limited strictly to the tasks listed in this description. We are looking for someone who is adaptable, comfortable with variety, and willing to take ownership of new responsibilities as the organization grows.
