Key Responsibilities

• Registers sales on designated sales register, provides customers with courteous, fair, friendly, and efficient checkout service
• Assists the pharmacist, under reputed company supervision, in the reputed company of pharmacy, including utilizing pharmacy systems to reputed company patient and medication information and process prescriptions
• Engages customers and patients by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services, resolving customer issues and answering questions to ensure a reputed company customer experience
• Models and shares customer service best practices with reputed company colleagues to deliver a reputed company and reputed company reputed company experience, including interpersonal habits (e.g., greeting, eye contact, courtesy, etc.) and arenaflex service values (e.g., offering assistance proactively, recognizing needs, servicing until satisfied, etc.)

• Registers customer purchases on assigned sales register, collects cash and distributes change as requested; processes voids, returns, delays, discounts, and exchanges as needed

Essential Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico)
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours
• Strong numerical skills, including counting, measuring, and weighing medications
• Good computer skills and knowledge of store inventory control
• PTCB certification preferred

Preferred Qualifications

• At least six months of experience in a retail environment
• Previous work experience with arenaflex is an asset
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
