**Job Summary**
As a Customer Representative, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through a group-centered approach to innovation. You'll apply business and divisional information to ensure value alignment, drive the delivery and support of solutions and services that are factually and practically strong, well-coordinated, and meet or exceed customer requirements. You'll model the arenaflex Way, guide and lead colleagues, and invest in leadership and self-development through continuous learning and improvement.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Lead, support, and impact the achievement of the mission, objectives, and goals of the division and organization
* Participate fully in organizational cycles and drives, including performance management, meetings, planning, training, and more
* Lead the goal of association, group, and individual issues, making suitable choices
* Create and execute strategies and processes to improve performance and the value of products and services provided
* Lead cross-functional teams to deliver solutions and services to address business issues
* Provide specialized technical support administration connected with allocated functional areas
* Convey technology solutions using best practices to achieve maximum team efficiency while delivering top-quality products
* Stay up-to-date with emerging trends, processes, and solutions connected with assigned responsibilities
* Build strong, collaborative relationships and credibility while influencing and driving change across separate Business and Innovation Groups
* Work with Innovation and colleagues to quantify financial benefits and actual business value
**Essential Qualifications**
* U.S. citizenship or current approval to work in the U.S. is required, with no current or future work approval sponsorship available
* Secondary School Diploma or GED
* Four-year degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Software Engineering, Business Organization, or related field, and/or equivalent conventional training
* Proven experience in directly or indirectly leading teams
* Comprehensive working knowledge in:
+ Business or potentially Data Innovation climate
+ Driving groups and giving work direction
* Authorization/Certification:
+ Ability to perform work duties from a limited space workstation/office area for extended periods
+ Ability to communicate and collaborate with others in the English language to fulfill the needs of the job
+ Ability to use a computer and other office productivity tools with adequate speed and precision to satisfy the needs of the job
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Software Engineering, Business Organization, or related field
* Proven experience in project management philosophies
* Gifted in fantastic cooperating, discussion, and communication to work with communications with business Clients and innovation groups
* Ability to give strategic leadership to Team(s)
* Ability to use suitable inspiration and impact methods to achieve wanted Group results
* Ability to set and oversee partner expectations
* Ability to convey quality projects on time and within budget
* Ability to oversee projects using the association's project management procedure
