If you have a contagious personality, a love for pets, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences, we want to hear from you! **What You'll Do** As a Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our company, connecting directly with customers who reach out to us for a variety of reasons, from finding their new pet to troubleshooting issues with their orders. Your responsibilities will include: * Examining and resolving customer issues in a timely and professional manner * Thinking proactively and setting follow-up meetings as needed to ensure issue resolution * Working with empathy, attention to detail, persistence, and compassion to deliver exceptional customer experiences * Collaborating with colleagues and partners across various levels of the organization using virtual collaboration tools like Zoom, Slack, and webcams to foster a culture of cooperation and customer-centricity * Staying up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate and helpful information to customers **What You'll Need** To succeed in this role, you'll need: * 2 years of customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences * Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and listening) as demonstrated in a written evaluation * Ability to multitask (e.g., handling phone calls while researching on the computer and taking notes) and perform well in a fast-paced environment * Proficiency in using computers, both for data entry and navigation through systems and the web to find information to support customers * Ability to adapt to changing business needs and priorities * Flexibility to adjust your schedule and work beyond 40 hours as needed * Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive customer information * High school diploma or equivalent * Ability to pass a background check **Specialized Requirements** To ensure a seamless customer experience, you'll need: * A dedicated workspace that is free from distractions, including background noise that may impact the customer experience * A webcam-friendly workspace * A reliable, high-speed internet connection (30 Mbps+ download speed/10 Mbps+ upload speed) – you can test your internet speed at speedtest.net or by contacting your internet service provider * arenaflex will provide all necessary equipment (computer, screen, keyboard, mouse, headset, webcam) – you'll only need to provide a reliable internet connection and a wireless or tablet device for two-factor authentication through Okta Confirm **About arenaflex and Its Benefits** arenaflex is a leading e-commerce retailer of pet products, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences and a wide range of pet-related items.
