Job Overview

We are looking for a dedicated and collaborative professional with an entrepreneurial spirit to join our Studio Research and Analysis team. As a Data Analyst, you will work closely with the arenaflex+ Product teams, analyzing and integrating data to provide insights that inform key business decisions. Your primary areas of responsibility will focus on arenaflex+ Product and Consumer Experience tracking programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with a wide range of qualitative and quantitative analysis activities, including data collection and preparation, as well as extraction and analysis of data from various sources to build reports, tables, and dashboards
• Join different datasets using SQL to aid in the daily operations of the arenaflex+ customer experience tracking project
• Collaborate with various teams to conduct research at arenaflex, including communicating project objectives, business requirements, and timelines to efficiently prioritize, develop, and refine our datasets
• Build and maintain relationships with research partners within the team and from other divisions of the organization, as well as external vendors
• Analyze and prepare ongoing and ad-hoc reports involving quantitative and qualitative data for various groups within the product marketing, engagement, and product strategy of arenaflex+ and the arenaflex Streaming Pack
• Manage assigned projects, implement quality assurance processes, and report tasks and status to supervisor(s) to ensure completion within established timelines
• Work with the Sr. Administrator and team to ensure that each outcome is strategically relevant and drives key direction
• Collaborate with the team and analysis groups within Snowflake and Databricks
• Maintain excellent verbal and written knowledge of data elements and requirements
• Respond to basic data requests from internal clients
• Support the presentation of findings based on analysis conducted and contribute to related business discussions
• Stay at the forefront of SVOD and In-Home industry trends in a continually evolving landscape

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A Bachelor's degree in Business, Statistics, Economics, Psychology, Data Sciences, or a related field, and 3 years of relevant work experience OR a Master's degree in Business, Statistics, Economics, Psychology, Data Sciences, or a related field, and 1 year of relevant work experience
• Proficiency with SQL, with the ability to extract and consolidate unique data sources
• Ability to extract data and integrate with other data sources to foster a rich, complete picture for the business
• Strong quantitative thinking and analytical skills
• Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and critical thinking skills, as well as the ability to create clear and concise visual presentations
• Strong multitasking abilities and the ability to work effectively in an environment of tight deadlines and constant change

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:

• Proficiency in data processing tools (e.g., SPSS, Q, MarketSight)
• Experience with survey tools (e.g., Interpret, Qualtrics, SurveyMonkey)
• Experience working with large datasets and big data technologies, ideally cloud-based, such as Snowflake, Databricks, or similar
• Experience with R, Python, SAS, STATA, or similar programming languages
• Postgraduate degree in Market Research or Statistics
• Quantitative analysis background, either supplier-side or client-side
• Experience with analyzing survey data to extract meaningful insights
• Experience with subscription-based business models and strategy

Compensation and Benefits
