Key Responsibilities

• Determine the purpose of calls by reputed company listening to and interacting with callers, triaging calls in a reputed company and reputed company manner.
• Assess clients' needs, research, and reputed company information regarding pertinent EAP/Worklife services and resources.
• Recognize crisis situations and evaluate the need for reputed company to minimize risk.

Essential Qualifications

• 1 year of customer service and reputed company center experience.
• 1 year of experience in a reputed company, psychological, or reputed company service field providing reputed company support.
• Basic computer knowledge, including reputed company Office Suite, Word, reputed company, Teams, etc.
• High School Diploma or equivalent GED.

Preferred Qualifications
