Our company is built on a foundation of innovation, collaboration, and a passion for making a positive impact on the world. **Job Summary** As a Full Stack Customer Service Analyst, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients, while also contributing to the development and implementation of our digital threat intelligence and incident response solutions. You'll work closely with our team of experts to deliver tailored solutions that meet the unique needs of our clients, and help them navigate the complex landscape of cyber threats. **Key Responsibilities** * Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner * Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services * Demonstrate product knowledge and provide accurate information to customers * Assist in product selection, suggesting alternatives and options where applicable * Make business transactions, manage money, and process payments with precision * Keep the sales area clean and organized, ensuring that merchandise is displayed correctly * Monitor product status and assist with returns and returns * Collaborate with team members to achieve individual and team marketing goals * Build and maintain strong customer relationships through excellent service * Stay connected with product knowledge, promotions, and company policy * Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional manner * Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and procedures **Essential Qualifications** * Postgraduate degree in a relevant field (e.g. computer science, cybersecurity, business administration) * 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a technical or cybersecurity environment * Experience with digital threat intelligence (CTI) systems and applications, including Distinguish, Secure, Answer, and Recover * Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Excellent customer service skills and friendly approachable behavior * Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in the utilization, handling, and examination of strategic (specialized) CTI inside a functional climate, supporting checking, recognition, and reaction abilities * Comprehension of CTI techniques and application ideas, with the capacity to prompt and guide new CTI colleagues * Capacity to correspond crude insight from sensors, occurrence reaction commitment, and different sources into reports and briefings * Capacity to introduce composed or verbal data to specialized and non-specialized crowds * Capacity to take mind-boggling, uncertain points, construct procedures, and impact partners * A fantastic cooperative person with the capacity to work in speedy and constantly evolving conditions **Skills and Competencies** * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment * Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities * Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new technologies and processes * Strong customer service skills and friendly approachable behavior **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
