**Key Responsibilities**
As a US Customer Support Representative (Remote) - 1-Year Contract, you will be responsible for:
* Providing exceptional customer service via phone, email, and live chat, ensuring that every interaction is positive and memorable
* Managing large amounts of inbound and outbound customer calls, prioritizing tasks, and responding with care and resourcefulness
* Scheduling shifts and dispatching team members, based on location, availability, skills, and other relevant factors
* Regularly touching base with auction team members via Regional Team Meetings to build rapport and ensure seamless communication
* Proactive planning to prevent issues with auction tasks, such as winter operations, site nuances, and removing obstacles to delays for catalog publication and team member task completion
* Troubleshooting technical issues and providing logistical support for auction teams, buyers, and sellers
* Administering and maintaining customer accounts, ensuring accuracy and up-to-date information
* Ensuring that all training is complete and staying up-to-date on all improvements to process and procedures
* Performing other tasks as needed to support the team and drive business growth
**Skills and Experience**
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* 2 years of proven customer support experience, with a strong track record of delivering exceptional customer service
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner
* Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines
* Self-motivation, ambition, and a drive to meet deadlines, with a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn and adapt
* Comfort with technology, with the ability to learn new programs and systems quickly
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong active listening skills and the ability to demonstrate empathy while building rapport
* Comfort using Google Suite and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word), with a strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
* High school education (College preferred), with a strong foundation in customer service, communication, and problem-solving
