Your Responsibilities as a Customer Care Representative

As a Customer Care Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Handling and Responding to Customer Inquiries: Provide excellent customer service through active listening and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Providing Excellent Customer Service: Work with confidential customer information and treat it sensitively, while aiming to resolve issues on the first call by being proactive
  • Communicating with Customers: Appropriately communicate with customers, using clear and concise language, and ensuring that their needs are met

  • Logical Problem-Solving Skills: The ability to think critically and resolve issues in a timely and effective manner
  • Availability to Work Various Shifts: Flexibility to work different shifts, including evenings and weekends
  • Ability to Handle Heavy Incoming Call Volume: The ability to manage multiple calls and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to Use Windows Operating Systems: Proficiency in using Windows operating systems, including Windows 11 or later
  • Ability to Type 25 wpm: Strong typing skills, with a minimum of 25 words per minute
  • Over 18 Years of Age: You must be at least 18 years old to apply for this position
  • High School Graduate or GED: A high school diploma or equivalent is required
  • Predictable and Reliable Attendance: A strong commitment to attendance and punctuality

What We Prefer in a Candidate

While not required, we prefer candidates with:

  • 6-12 Months of Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in customer service, with a proven track record of delivering excellent service
  • Consistent Work History: A stable work history, with a demonstrated commitment to your previous roles
  • Proven Oral and Written Communication Skills: Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner
  • Some Technical Background: Basic technical knowledge, with an understanding of computer systems and software applications

Work from Home Requirements

To work from home as a Customer Care Representative at arenaflex, you will need to meet the following requirements:

  • Personal Device: A desktop, laptop, or tablet with Windows 11 or later, and a minimum of 8GB RAM
  • Internet Connection: A wired Ethernet LAN connection, with a minimum subscribed download rate of 12.0 Mbps and a minimum subscribed upload rate of 3.0 Mbps
  • Internet Service Provider (ISP): An ISP with no packet loss and a ping under 50ms
  • Proof of Internet Speed: You will need to provide proof of your internet speed, to ensure that it meets our requirements
  • Clean and Quiet Workspace: A dedicated workspace that is clean, quiet, and free from distractions
