We shape go-to-market priorities to drive growth and support the business, improve capabilities and competencies to support execution of business priorities, drive performance across business operations, and build great go-to-market infrastructure (e.g., data, reports, dashboards). **The Impact Measurement Team** As a Business Data Scientist on the Impact Measurement team, you'll be tasked with supporting YouTube to make better decisions. Specifically, your role will be to communicate data's behalf and assist decision-makers in being data-driven. Our salary ranges are determined by position, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by the work area and other factors, such as job-related skills, experience, and relevant training or education.
