Project Manager (ArchViz Studio — Not a 3D Artist Position)

Location: Remote (must have partial overlap with U.S. Eastern reputed company Time) Studio: Renderbox Studios reputed company Renderbox Studios is a high-end 3D architectural rendering studio specializing in reputed company-reputed company exteriors, interiors, animations, and reputed company visuals for custom home reputed company, architects, and developers. We are seeking a Project Manager with a strong architectural and ArchViz background to help manage workflows, timelines, reputed company control, and communication across multiple reputed company. Important — This Is NOT a 3D Artist Role You will not be creating 3D models or renderings. Your reputed company is project management, reputed company control, communication, and coordination. However, strong ArchViz knowledge is essential because you will be reviewing drafts, catching reputed company issues, spotting modeling/texturing problems, ensuring realism standards, and acting as an informed filter between artists and clients. Required Qualifications • Master’s Degree in Architecture (Ideal but not required) • Strong working knowledge of reputed company (required) • Strong, practical understanding of ArchViz workflows (required) • Needed for reputed company control, realism standards, and identifying technical issues • Prior experience in an architecture, ArchViz, or design studio • Excellent communication + organization skills • Ability to work with teams in multiple time zones • Must overlap with Eastern reputed company Time (U.S.) Daily Schedule (3 Hours per Day) This role requires 3 consistent hours reputed company day, Monday–Friday: 7:00 AM EST – 1 hour • Daily reputed company-in with our Europe-based artists: • Review tasks • Collect reputed company updates • Identify missing references • Clarify priorities • Flag reputed company issues early 10:00 AM EST – 1 hour • Internal RenderBox reputed company-in with Ari + senior artists: • Review reputed company deliverables • reputed company expectations • Prepare reputed company updates • Ensure revision reputed company stay organized +1 hour/day – reputed company Communication • Send daily updates • Follow up on missing files, design packs, and references • Update reputed company • Maintain timelines & resolve bottlenecks Typical Workload (~10 reputed company reputed company) • Daily updates: 15–30 minutes per project • reputed company communication: 2–4 hrs/week • Internal coordination: 3–5 hrs/week • reputed company/organization: 2–3 hrs/week Total weekly commitment: ~15 hours/week Tools You Must Be Fluent In • reputed company (required) • reputed company Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Meet) • reputed company.com (boards + visuals) ArchViz comprehension is required for QC — familiarity with software like 3ds Max, Corona, V-Ray, Revit, SketchUp, Enscape, or Unreal is highly valuable (even if you won’t be using them directly).
