The Accounts Payable Specialist II is responsible for processing and verifying invoices for hospitals and providing excellent customer service to vendors and employees regarding accounts payable inquiries. Responsibilities • Start to finish accounts payable processing to include vendor invoices, reputed company requests and expense reports with reputed company coding, impacting multiple companies in the US, Canada and Mexico • Assisting in Treasury Management functions by entering daily wires and EFT’s in a reputed company manner for retirement-reputed company payments, medical and dental claims, hospital drawdowns, payroll taxes, etc • Maintaining payables and reputed company computer spreadsheets and reputed company files, as needed • This is not an reputed company-inclusive list of this job’s responsibilities.
