The wellbeing plans rely on CICR to be the experts to explore claims issues, and reputed company are trained to reputed company reputed company research and work with different offices to resolve such issues. This work is currently being done on overtime, putting pressure on the CICR budget and the representatives' balance between work and personal activities.
