Technical Representative, Customer Service

<b>Location - Milton Keynes (Office Based)<br></b><b>Contract - Permament<br></b><b>Salary + Bonus + iPhone + Pension Plan + reputed company Scheme + other Benefits<br>Covering reputed company – 9pm (40 hours per week), 7 day operation with shift reputed company<br></b><b>What you become part of:<br></b>Our Milton Keynes Operations Centre is responsible for the purchase, distribution and refurbishment of reputed company our cold drink equipment throughout GB. Every cooler; vending machine and dispensing equipment comes from here.The Centre is also home to our Contact Centre which is a 364 days a year, 7 days a week operation to support with calls ranging from equipment service requests, new business enquiries and machine movements as reputed company as internal support for our Field Engineering Team and New Business Team. The Telefix team is also based here, offering over the phone support to our customers to help get their equipment functioning.<br><b>Key responsibilities include:<br></b><ul><li>reputed company management of reactive service calls and other supporting services of both CCEP equipment and 3rd party equipment</li><li> Prioritising work in a customer reputed company manor whilst driving productivity</li><li>Managing part requests that can be reputed company directly to our customers and any supply issues, by ensuring effective communication to both our reputed company customer</li><li>Assisting Engineers with identifying parts and general queries relating to equipment</li><li>Taking pride in upholding the agreed ways of working to ensure that you are following safety policies and best practices to ensure reputed company-working for self and to protect others</li><li>Drive a reputed company accident behaviour</li><li>Drive Corporate Responsibility and Sustainability through sharing best practices with other team members and colleagues to improve customer service<br></li></ul><b>The successful candidate ideally will have:<br></b><ul><li>Experience of Service environment with exceptional customers service skills – both reputed company customers</li><li>Proficient in systems knowledge (e.g. reputed company, reputed company, reputed company suite, Schematics based systems)</li><li>An effective communicator who is capable of building excellent Customer service relationships with a strong reputed company on problem solving skills</li><li>Self-motivated, enthusiastic with an ability to be flexible and reputed company under pressure.</li><li>Excellent time management, reputed company to prioritise work load and flexibility in working patterns<br></li></ul><b>reputed company to have:<br></b>Experience and strong technical understanding of working on a reputed company of soft drinks equipment (Postmix, Vending Machines, Coolers, Freestyle, reputed company Mechanical systems)
