Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced and results-driven Account Manager to join our team in Bolivia. As an Account Manager, you'll play a critical role in driving the growth of our 3P market in the USA by identifying and acquiring new products, developing and executing GTM strategies, and building strong relationships with key marketplace players. About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to join a dynamic team and make a real impact on the e-commerce landscape. As an Account Manager, you'll be responsible for:

  • Developing a thorough understanding of the marketplace segment, seasonality, and global developments, and staying up-to-date with competitor efforts.
  • Identifying, prospecting, and acquiring high-potential sellers to our platform through direct sales visits, events, and presentations.
  • Guiding sellers through sharing best practices of online selling, including data-driven insights that help sellers achieve high standards of delivery, customer satisfaction, and business objectives.
  • Collaborating with and influencing internal and external stakeholders to recognize and resolve vendor issues.

Key Responsibilities

As an Account Manager, you'll be responsible for:

  • Developing and executing GTM strategies to attract key marketplace players to join our e-commerce platform.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with sellers, vendors, and other stakeholders to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Identifying and acquiring new products to enhance our product selection and customer experience.
  • Developing and implementing sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Providing exceptional customer service and support to sellers and vendors.

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, marketing, or sales.
  • 1-3 years of sales experience in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment, preferably in e-commerce, retail, or FMCG industries.
  • Demonstrated success in exceeding sales targets through consultative and solutions-focused processes.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to thrive in an ambiguous environment and be enthusiastic about success and winning.
  • Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
  • Advanced analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to think critically and solve problems.

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable:

  • 2+ years of e-commerce experience, preferably in a leadership or management role.
  • 3+ years of experience in the purchaser electronics quarter, preferably in a sales or marketing role.
  • 3+ years of direct sales experience, preferably in a leadership or management role.
