As a Data Entry Clerk, you will be part of a dynamic and supportive team that values collaboration, innovation, and excellence. **Responsibilities** As a Data Entry Clerk, your primary responsibilities will include: * Entering data from paper copies into designated databases and systems with accuracy and precision * Ensuring the accuracy and completeness of all entered data, adhering to arenaflex's high standards of quality and attention to detail * Upholding the confidentiality and security of sensitive information, adhering to arenaflex's strict confidentiality policies and procedures * Undertaking additional administrative duties as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to adapt to changing priorities * Collaborating with the team to achieve shared goals and objectives, demonstrating effective communication and interpersonal skills **Qualifications** To be successful as a Data Entry Clerk, you will possess: * Proficiency in relevant software applications, including Microsoft Excel (1 year of experience preferred) * Strong data entry skills, with a keen eye for detail and precision * Familiarity with databases and data entry systems, with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems and technologies * Exceptional organizational abilities, including effective task prioritization and time management * Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently * Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to adapt to changing priorities * Typing skills of 50 words per minute or more, with the ability to maintain high levels of accuracy and productivity * Good understanding of healthcare acronyms related to speech therapy, with the ability to apply this knowledge in a practical and effective manner * Reliable access to a computer and internet during daytime hours, with a stable and secure internet connection * Ability to sign a confidentiality statement, upholding arenaflex's strict confidentiality policies and procedures **Training and Support** As a Data Entry Clerk, you will receive comprehensive training and support to ensure your success in this role.
