The Team’s Purpose Is To<br><br><ul><li>Tell the Halma story with clear and consistent messages to our key audiences: prospective talent, potential acquisitions, investors, and employees.</li><li>Attract the right talent and engage employees with compelling content delivered through digital platforms and major events.</li><li>Attract and engage new acquisitions through targeted campaigns and high quality content.</li><li>Attract and engage investors through results content, ARA, and webinars.</li><li>Provide strategic communications support to our companies to help them grow.<br><br></li></ul>The Communications Manager role reports to the Head of Internal Communications, working closely across the small Brand & Communications team in a matrix fashion, with an opportunity to lead and contribute to brand, external and internal communications.<br><br><strong>The Role<br><br></strong><ul><li>Manage and develop Halma’s communications channels, both external and internal.</li><li>Craft and curate high quality content, both written and visual, that is on brand and in line with Halma’s key messages.</li><li>Own quality control for all channels, ensuring a consistently high standard.</li><li>Manage communications for Halma events.</li><li>Co-ordinate communication planning, gathering necessary input from others and managing conflicts.</li><li>Develop high-quality presentation materials.</li><li>Adapt communications for diverse audiences, mindful of cultural, linguistic, and time zone differences.</li><li>Manage projects from inception to completion, engaging multiple stakeholders.</li><li>Analyse audience and business insights to refine communication strategies.</li><li>Assess the impact of communication activities and adjust future efforts accordingly.</li><li>Provide ad hoc support across the communications function as required.<br><br></li></ul><strong>The Person<br><br></strong><ul><li>Aligns with Halma’s cultural genes.</li><li>Experience in a communications and/or content management role.</li><li>Interest in strategic communications across multiple disciplines - brand, external, and internal.</li><li>Experience in creative design and digital communications.</li><li>Proven multi-channel delivery skills.</li><li>Ability to research complex topics and distil key points.</li><li>Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills.</li><li>Excellent written, verbal, and active listening abilities.</li><li>Proactive, adaptable, and resilient, with a keen eye for detail.</li><li>Confident influencer, able to build trust and align stakeholders.</li><li>Organised, motivated, and eager to learn.</li><li>Willing to travel internationally on occasion.<br><br></li></ul>Not the right fit?
