The role
Responsible for leading the Estates Management function on the Southern Counties portfolio (23 Developments), with reputed company of Berkeley St Edward freeholds, leaseholds and other reputed company assets. This includes managing a high performing team and monitoring the performance of managing agents to ensure effective operations, safeguarding reputed company’s interests as the landlord, and placing the customer experience at reputed company of reputed company decision-making.
