B2B Content & Growth Marketing Manager (E-Commerce Fulfillment) | 20–40 hrs/week (flexible depending on candidate)
Location: Anywhere in U.S. - willingness to travel 1-2x per month for a few nights.
Dollar Fulfillment is a fast-growing e-commerce fulfillment (3PL) company with operations in Olive Branch, MS; Las Vegas, NV; and Post Falls, ID.
We partner with high-growth e-commerce brands to handle their warehousing, pick/pack, and shipping so they can scale efficiently.
We are looking for a hands-on marketing professional—either in-house or outsourced—who can work 20–40 hours per week to help us consistently generate and convert inbound demand.
This is not a “post and forget” role. You’ll work closely with company leadership to shape messaging, create thoughtful content, and ensure inbound leads are properly followed up and advanced.
Key Responsibilities:
Create and publish weekly content across relevant channels (written posts, short videos, thought leadership, case-style content, etc.)
Collaborate directly with leadership to identify themes and ideas that resonate with our ideal customer profile: high-growth e-commerce brands outsourcing fulfillment
Manage inbound lead flow, including assignment, follow-up, and light coordination with sales/operations
Manage outbound email content.
Help refine positioning, messaging, and content angles based on what is working in the market
Bring creative ideas for content that differentiates Dollar Fulfillment in a crowded 3PL space
What We’re Looking For:
Marketing creativity, street smarts and know-how.
Industry knowledge - NOT required.
Strong writing and content creation skills (video experience is a plus, not a requirement)
Comfortable interacting with founders and senior leadership and translating business strategy into compelling content
Organized and reliable in managing lead follow-up and basic CRM or tracking workflows
Self-directed, thoughtful, and able to propose ideas—not just execute instructions
Engagement Details:
20–40 hours per week
Remote, with regular interaction with U.S.-based leadership
