We sell internationally and focus on premium design, customer experience, and conversion.
Your Mission
As a Live Chat Agent, you will be in charge of:
- Answering customer messages via the live chat on our website.
- Responding as quickly as possible to each customer request.
- Navigating our website to find accurate product information.
- Advising customers in a commercial and helpful way:
helping them choose the right lighting fixture (style, size, room, ambiance),
answering questions about products, delivery, materials, dimensions, etc.
Reassuring customers and guiding them toward completing their purchase.
Maintaining a professional, friendly, and sales-oriented tone.
Required Profile
French speaker (preference) – mandatory
Very good written communication skills.
Comfortable with customer service and commercial interaction.
Experience in live chat support, customer service, or e-commerce is a strong plus.
Ability to quickly understand products by browsing the website.
Reliable, responsive, and well-organized.
