[Remote] Director of DTC Growth & Brand Strategy
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. TRUFIT Customs is one of the fastest-growing custom-fit consumer brands in North America, focused on making custom-fit products accessible and affordable. The Director of DTC Growth & Brand Strategy will lead growth through the DTC channel, overseeing customer acquisition, paid media, and the overall customer experience while ensuring brand consistency and effective storytelling.
Responsibilities
• Own Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Google, OTT, and Amazon ad strategy
• Build full-funnel growth systems and creative testing frameworks
• Optimize CAC, ROAS, AOV, and LTV
• Lead landing page strategy and conversion-rate optimization
• Own and evolve TRUFIT’s brand positioning, messaging, and voice
• Ensure brand consistency across paid media, website, email, product launches, and customer experience
• Partner with creative and design teams to guide storytelling, visuals, and campaign concepts
• Translate brand strategy into performance-driven creative that converts
• Recruit and manage athletes, creators, and micro-influencers
• Develop brand-aligned commission structures and onboarding flows
• Track and optimize affiliate performance and ROI
• Build and manage the customer support function
• Implement Zendesk and automated workflows
• Improve post-purchase experience, retention, and brand loyalty
• Coordinate DTC inventory with suppliers and manufacturing partners
• Manage Shopify and Amazon operations, calendars, and launches
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure smooth execution across growth initiatives
Skills
• Experience scaling brands from $5M–$20M+ in revenue
• 3–7+ years of DTC ecommerce, growth marketing, or brand-led performance experience
• Hands-on experience managing Meta and Google ad accounts
• Proven ability to scale revenue efficiently while maintaining brand integrity
• Experience building teams, systems, or scalable processes
• Strong analytical mindset with creative instincts
• Experience in sports, dental, fitness, or medical-adjacent categories
• Amazon marketplace growth experience
• Background in brand development or creative leadership
