A rapidly growing national staffing company is seeking a dynamic Vice President of Operations to drive operational excellence, process improvement, and accountability across multiple branches and markets. This is a unique opportunity to join a leadership team focused on innovation, growth, and building a world-class operational structure.
The VP of Operations will directly lead regional and branch operations, oversee major technology rollouts, and be a key driver in building a culture of performance and accountability. This is a newly created position with direct impact and visibility, reporting to the CEO and collaborating closely with other senior leaders.
What You’ll Do
• Lead Operations Across Multiple Markets: Oversee all branch and regional operations, ensuring streamlined processes and high performance.
• Drive Process Improvement: Standardize and optimize operational workflows for scalability and efficiency.
• Implement Technology: Lead the rollout and adoption of a new ATS, CRM, and business intelligence (BI) dashboard.
• Build & Mentor Teams: Develop, coach, and support a team of directors, regional managers, and branch leaders.
• Foster Accountability: Use data and KPIs to build a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
• Scale the Business: Lead initiatives focused on growth, expansion, and operational excellence across branches.
• Collaborate: Partner closely with sales, people & culture, technology, and executive leadership to achieve organizational goals
What they want:
• Current operational leadership experience in staffing/workforce solutions. Knowledge of light industrial or event staffing operations.
• Proven record of scaling operations and leading process improvements in a fast-paced environment.
• Expertise with top ATS/CRM platforms (Zenople, Aqore, TempWorks, Avionte, or equivalent highly preferred).
• Hands-on leader with a collaborative, data-driven approach and exceptional communication skills.
• Strong coaching and mentoring track record—experienced in developing leaders and building high-performing teams.
• Dallas-based: Must be located in the Dallas metro area and able to work primarily onsite.
• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree a plus
Nice to Have
• Experience with Zenople or Aqore technology.
• Track record of multi-market leadership and successful tech implementations.
