Amazon PPC Launch & Growth Manager (Remote)
We build, launch, and scale Amazon brands for busy founders and small business owners who can’t afford to burn cash on bad ads. We’re hiring a dedicated Amazon PPC Manager focused on three things:
1. Smart product launches
2. Profitable market growth
3. Ruthless cost control

Compensation
- Hours: ~10–20 hrs/week to start (potential to scale into a larger, long-term role)
- Location: Remote

Compensation Range: US$7–$12/hr depending on experience and proven track record
Performance Targets (What Success Looks Like)
For each assigned ASIN (and portfolio), your strategies should be intentionally aligned with:
Launch Phase (Days 1–30)
- Aggressive but controlled launch structure.
- Target Month 1 ACOS ≤ 100% (we accept higher spend early only if it is strategically building rank and data). Stabilization Phase (Days 31–90)
- Drive toward break-even within 90 days of launch. - Target ACOS ≤ 35% by Month 3 with clear steps toward profitability. Long-Term Scale (Post-90 Days)
- Build toward ACOS in the sub-20% range where category and price point allow. - Maintain TACOS under 10% as a key north star for healthy, sustainable growth. You’re expected to:
- Explain your strategy against these targets.
