Email Marketing Specialist Needed for CPG Digital Product/SaaS Brand
We’re building a premium digital product / SaaS ecosystem that helps CPG brand founders doing $10,000–$50,000/month online scale through better systems, funding strategy, and distribution.
A major pillar of our ecosystem is our Free and Paid Skool Communities, which act as the front door and core monetization layer of the brand.
We’re looking for a strategic Email Marketer / Lifecycle Specialist who can use email to drive attention, engagement, and conversions into our Skool communities, not just send newsletters.
This role is about ownership of the email → community → product loop.

What You’ll Be Responsible For:
• Building and managing email flows that:
• Drive signups into the Free Skool Community
• Convert engaged users into the Paid Skool Community
• Creating email sequences for:
• Lead nurture → Free community
• Free community → Paid community
• Launches, waitlists, and promotions
• Re-engagement of inactive leads and members
• Writing high-converting email copy tailored to:
• CPG founders
• Ecommerce operators
• $10k–$50k/month businesses
• Segmenting email lists based on:
• Funnel stage
• Engagement level
• Community activity
• Collaborating on:
• Community positioning
• Offer framing for Free vs Paid Skool
• Email CTAs that push meaningful action
• Tracking and improving:
• Community signup conversion
• Email engagement and click-through
• Free → Paid community upgrades
