Key Responsibilities
- Assist members with their pharmacy benefit plans, providing clear and concise information about their coverage and options
- Take inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and empathetic manner
- Offer solutions and support to help simplify our customers' healthcare experience
- Work collaboratively with our team to achieve customer satisfaction and resolution goals

Qualifications and Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong passion for delivering exceptional customer service, as well as the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. The following qualifications are required:
- 6 months of experience interacting with customers in a call center, retail, customer service environment, hospitality industry, or military experience
- Verifiable High School diploma, GED, or equivalent
- Maintain your own internet with approved speed requirements and a secure work space free from distractions
Preferred qualifications include:
- 1 year of experience working in a Call Center environment or Healthcare related field
- 6 months of work from home experience
- Healthcare certification (e.g., Medical Assistant) a plus
