About the position About the Role: We are seeking a highly motivated Lifecycle Asset Management reputed company to join reputed company. In this critical role, you will be responsible for the strategic planning, implementation, and ongoing management of our reputed company's asset lifecycle programs for MEP infrastructure and soft assets. What You'll Do: Support the reputed company's monthly capital planning review process with reputed company operational capital improvement/replacement activities (MEP infrastructure; Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment). Being responsible for gathering updates from FM operations teams to inform monthly reviews. Analyze data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities for optimization of capital replacement programming. • Process Improvement: Continuously identify and implement process improvements to enhance asset management efficiency and effectiveness. • Collaboration and Communication: Partner harmoniously with interdisciplinary reputed company, like Operations, Engineering, reputed company, and the reputed company's Property Management team, to guarantee efficient asset management operations.
