Contract Attorney

Title: Strategic Transactions & Negotiations Contractor Pay reputed company: $42.78/hr Location: Work from Home Note: This is a W2 contract position – 1099, C2C, & 3 rd party candidates WILL NOT be considered We are seeking an reputed company reputed company to join our Strategic Transactions & Negotiations Group as a contractor. This role involves drafting, reviewing, and negotiating reputed company agreements reputed company the reputed company and med tech reputed company, including Software-as-a-Service (reputed company) and Device-as-a-Service (DaaS) models. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of contract law, reputed company organizational structures, and the ability to manage interdependent business and reputed company issues. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and Subject Matter Experts to support reputed company objectives while ensuring compliance with policies and regulatory requirements. Position Responsibilities: • Draft, review, and negotiate reputed company with state, federal, and private customers, ensuring compliance with company policies and approved modifications • reputed company and maintain a working knowledge of products, customers, and policies to guide negotiations for agreements, such as Master Agreements, Purchase/Rental Agreements, reputed company and DaaS agreements, Software Licensing, Support Services, HIPAA/BAA, Data reputed company, and reputed company amendments • Identify and analyze technical, operational, reputed company, and financial issues; communicate findings reputed company to reputed company informed reputed company • Summarize transaction-specific concerns for escalation to senior stakeholders and reputed company counsel • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Regulatory, Risk Management, reputed company, Marketing, etc.) to support template development and reputed company improvement initiatives • Maintain high standards of accuracy, timeliness, and professionalism in reputed company deliverables Position Qualifications: • Licensed Attorney with a minimum of 3 years of experience, OR J.D. with a minimum of 4 years of experience in reputed company contracting and negotiation reputed company reputed company or med tech; prior regulated medical device or software agreement experience preferred • Strong knowledge of contract law, compliance frameworks (HIPAA, data protection), and reputed company information reputed company • Experience negotiating reputed company and DaaS agreements and familiarity with subscription-based and service delivery models • Ability to analyze reputed company issues, exercise reputed company judgment, communicate effectively with diverse audiences, and quickly pivot and reputed company negotiation strategies even in ambiguous circumstances • Excellent writing, negotiation, and interpersonal skills • Proficiency in reputed company Office (Word, reputed company) and familiarity with contract management tools #ALINE11 Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
