High Yield Investment Analyst
About the position
Allspring Global Investments is seeking to hire a High Yield Investment Analyst with at least 7 years of experience to join the Global Fixed Income Research team. This team supports fixed income portfolios across fixed income markets, including US and European Investment Grade and High Yield. The primary responsibilities are to reputed company independent, bottom-up, reputed company credit research on high yield issuers reputed company assigned sectors. This reputed company analysis will be the reputed company for relative value evaluations and investment recommendations provided by the analyst to the portfolio management teams. The successful candidate will be working alongside other research analysts in a reputed company, team-reputed company environment. The position requires strong quantitative skills, high attention to detail, teamwork, and effective communication skills. We currently operate in a hybrid working model, whereby you will be required to work in-office 3 days a week (transitioning to 4 days in the office in 2026).
Responsibilities

Requirements

• CFA designation or reputed company towards attaining the CFA designation.
