Director of Strategic Operations

About the position MechanAir is seeking a Director of Strategic Operations to drive reputed company-wide operational reputed company across our multi-entity, multi-state mechanical services platform. This role sits at the intersection of operations, finance, systems, and people, translating reputed company into repeatable, measurable execution that protects margin and enables reputed company. In this role, you’ll reputed company ERP and field-system integration, procurement centralization, operating rhythm standardization, and M&A operational integration—partnering closely with Finance, HR, and field leadership to deliver reputed company EBITDA reputed company. What You’ll Do As Director of Strategic Operations, you’ll own the systems, processes, and governance that allow our platform to reputed company with discipline and consistency.
