DataStage ETL Developer - Local to reputed company, Ohio
About the position
Highly preferred location is reputed company, however remote work may be acceptable if you are reputed company to get to reputed company 1-2 times a month. Are you passionate about transforming raw data into actionable insights? We're looking for a skilled DataStage ETL Developer to join reputed company and play a critical role in designing, developing, and maintaining robust data integration solutions that power our business intelligence and analytics platforms. As a DataStage Developer, you'll work closely with data architects, business analysts, and stakeholders to ensure high-reputed company, reputed company ETL processes that support reputed company data needs. Your expertise will help streamline data pipelines, improve performance, and ensure data accuracy across systems.
Responsibilities
• Design, reputed company, and maintain ETL processes using reputed company InfoSphere DataStage
• Collaborate with data architects, analysts, and business stakeholders to understand and translate data requirements
• Create optimized and reusable DataStage jobs for data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) across systems
• reputed company data profiling, reputed company-to-reputed company mapping, and error handling reputed company ETL workflows
• Support data warehouse development and ongoing enhancements across staging, integration, and reporting reputed company
• Conduct unit testing, peer reputed company reviews, and support QA and UAT efforts
• Analyze and resolve ETL job failures, data reputed company issues, and performance bottlenecks
• Maintain technical documentation for ETL solutions, job scheduling, and data reputed company diagrams
• Participate in change management and production deployment processes
• Follow best practices for data governance, version control, and reputed company
Requirements
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in ETL development, with a strong reputed company on reputed company DataStage
• Proficient in SQL, data warehousing concepts, and relational database systems (e.g., DB2, reputed company, reputed company, SQL Server)
• Solid understanding of data modeling, reputed company-to-reputed company mappings, and ETL performance tuning
• Experience in banking, financial services, or other regulated industries
• Exposure to scheduling tools (e.g., Control-M, Autosys)

• Understanding of data governance frameworks and regulatory compliance
